Mohawk Boys Pull Away from Mount Everett in Second Half

TURNERS FALLS, Mass. -- Anthony Moffat scored 10 points, and the Mohawk Trail boys basketball team Friday outscored Mount Everett by 13 points in the second half to earn a 43-30 win in the consolation game of the Franklin Tech Tournament.

 

Patrick Silk tied for game-high honors with 10 points for the Eagles (0-2).

 

Justin Foster and Jack Carpenter each scored six points in the loss.

 

Mount Everett goes to Monson next Saturday.
