Mount Greylock Boys Lax Falls to Nipmuc in Semifinals

MILFORD, Mass. -- Ryan Richards scored seven goals Wednesday to lead Nipmuc to a 15-7 win over Mount Greylock in the Central/Western Massachusetts Division 3 boys lacrosse semi-finals.

 

Michael Wellspeak had a hat trick, and Patrick Storie and Reilly Parker each scored twice for Mount Greylock, which got 21 saves from David Falk.

 

Second-seeded Nipmuc (20-2) moved on to the sectional final against top-seeded Grafton (20-2), a 14-2 win over Wahconah on Wednesday night.

 

Mount Greylock finishes the season 18-2.
