Dupont Throws Shutout for Monument Mountain Baseball

LEE, Mass. -- Shaun Dupont scattered six hits to earn a complete-game shutout win Monday as the Monument Mountain baseball team defeated Lee, 7-0.

 

Graham Herrick went 2-for-4 with a double and scored twice for the Spartans, who got a double apiece from Kyle Gochey and Michael Goretti.

 

Andrew Reuf went 2-for-2 at the plate for Lee, which hosts Sabis on Tuesday.

 

Monument Mountain (13-2) goes to Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
