Gazaille-Adams RBI Lifts Hornets in Season Finale

CHICOPEE, Mass. – Kyrsten Gazaille-Adams drove home Emily Glasier in the top of the seventh Wednesday to give the McCann Tech softball team a 5-4 win over Chicopee Comp in the season finale for the Hornets.

 

Gazaille-Adams went 2-for-2, and Jaelyn Deeley, Khloe Vanuni, Emma Moser and Glasier each drove in a run for McCann Tech, which bounced back after going down, 3-1, in the first inning.

 

“Khloe Vanuni made some key plays on defense that helped preserve the win,” McCann Tech coach Robin Finnegan said.

 

Glasier earned the win in the circle, striking out five.

 

McCann Tech finishes the spring with a record of 5-13.
