Benzinger, Brink Lead Mounties Past Lee

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock baseball team defeated Lee, 9-2, Monday afternoon.

 

After two innings the score was 0-0, but Greylock plated two in the third to take the lead.

 

Jake Benzinger and Ian Brink had two hits for the Mounties, and Jeff Brown had one for Lee.

 

Brandon Condon pitched five innings for Greylock, striking out five for the afternoon.

 

Greylock (14-2) hosts St. Joe Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. Lee plays its final game of the season Thursday at Gateway at 4.
