Superior Court Briefs: November 28 - December 1
Michelle Lynn Rose, 43, of Pittsfield was sentenced to concurrent two year sentences in the Berkshire County House of Correction after pleading guilty on Nov. 22 to single counts of larceny over $250 and making false entries into corporation records.
Rose took approximately $70,000 from Shedd Plumbing and Heating between December 14, 2006 and July 2, 2009.
Ryan Yon, 23, of Pittsfield has not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of armed robbery while masked and possession of heroin.
Yon was ordered to be held on $10,000 cash or $100,000 surety bail. He allegedly robbed Angelina's Submarine Shop on Wahconah Street on Nov. 1.
Martin Parks, 21, of Dalton had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, causing serious bodily injury.
Parks will be held on $100,000 bail. Parks allegedly stabbed 45-year-old Kevin Potter outside of WOJO's Bar in Adams on Oct. 15.
J.T. Holley, 23, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a identification card and possession of a firearm with a prior conviction for a violent crime or serious drug offense.
Holley was ordered to be held on $10,000 cash or $100,000 surety bail. The charges stem from a disturbance and subsequent motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on Oct. 15.
Richard Sifton, 29, of Florida pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Sifton was sentenced to 18 months of a two and a half year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction and placed on two years probation. The incident occurred in the county between November 1, 2010 and November 25, 2010.
