BCArc serves around 1,000 individuals with disabilities through a range of programs that include residential services, employment support, day programs, and support for families at their homes.
In this new role, she will join a team of supervisors who each oversee a range of residential programs. Tracey has been with BCArc for more than 13 years, spending most of her time working in the Brain Injury Residential Programs, specifically with individuals requiring intensive personal and medical care.
Jennifer started working at BCArc 25 years ago as a relief staff member, and since then has held many different positions in the agency, including full-time residential staff, assistant site manager, employment trainer, site manager, and Community Based Day Services specialist, among others.
He will oversee the Director of Brain Injury Services and the Director of Residential Services, which encompasses 43 homes across Berkshire County and the Pioneer Valley.
