Leominster Bests Pittsfield at the Fitchburg Tip-Off

The Generals (1-2) fell behind 22-7 after the first quarter and were down 49-34 going into the fourth quarter before outscoring the Blue Devils by 10 points in the fourth quarter. But the deficit proved to be too much to overcome as four Leominster players scored in double-digits, including Betsy McNiff who finished with a team-high 21 points.

Jill Rotrosky led all scorers with 25 points and 14 rebounds. She was the only player to reach double figures for Pittsfield.
