Pittsfield Rallies for its first win over Longmeadow

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Jill Rotrosky and Courtney McLaughlin combined for 42 points to rally Pittsfield over Longmeadow 53-50 at the Moynihan Fieldhouse.

Down 39-33 entering the fourth quarter, the Generals (1-1) outscored the Lancers 20-11 to finish the game, securing its first win of the season.

Clutch free-throw shooting keyed the victory for Pittsfield, which was down 32-28 at halftime.

Rotrosky had eight rebounds to go with a game-high 22 points for the Generals. Pittsfield's Rachel Hunt controlled the boards with 12 rebounds.
