Athlete of the Week: Caitie Benoit
Mount Greylock senior Caitie Benoit closed out her career with an impressive four-game stretch that nearly got the Mounties into the postseason. 
Benoit first scored a career-high 22 points with four 3-pointers and a team-high 10 rebounds in a win over Mount Everett on Feb. 10.
She then added a team-high 12 points and 10 boards in a narrow loss to Hoosac Valley that eliminated Greylock from playoff contention last Tuesday.
Benoit bounced back with a five-point, nine-rebound effort in another win over the Eagles on Saturday. She then closed out her career with 13 points and six boards in a big win over St. Joe's on Tuesday night. On the season, Benoit is third on the team in scoring, first in rebounds and tied for second in 3-point field goals.
