Taconic Finishes Season with a Win

AMHERST, Mass. – Jaelynn Walker scored 12 points Wednesday to lead the Taconic girls basketball team to a 21-17 win over Amherst.

 

Walker went 3-for-4 at the line and scored five points in the fourth quarter, when the Thunder outscored the Hurricanes, 7-4, to pull out the win.

 

Toni Ahoussi scored four points for Taconic, which held Amherst to six points in the second half.

 

The Thunder finishes the season with a record of 6-14.
