PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Kyle Cardoso scored a career-high 35 points Wednesday to lead the Pittsfield boys basketball team to a 92-68 win over Brattleboro, Vt.
 
“I am very proud of the team and how we played tonight,” PHS coach Jerome Edgerton said. “The Generals got off to a quick start and didn’t look back.”
 
Also registering career highs in the win were Cam Mochon with 13 points and Braiden Sullivan with nine.
 
Quincy Abellie scored 13 for Pittsfield.
 
“With Bri’Awn Thompson leading the charge and Kyle [Cardoso’s] scoring ability plus the other starters and our depth starting to show, the Generals are on the move in a positive way looking forward to our Friday tilt with Taconic,” Edgerton said.
 
Pittsfield (8-5), which has won four out of its last five games, will face Taconic on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club.
