Brown Scores 30 as Generals Stay Hot

Brown hit five 3-pointers in the win and scored 18 points in the second half.
“We had an 11-0 start to the game, then we had a three-point lead at half-time before pulling away in the second half,” Pittsfield assistant coach Matthew Capeless said. “Nunu Brown, our point guard and floor general, led us to a victory on the road in a packed, loud gym.”
Four Generals finished in double figures as the team won its fourth straight.
Carter Mungin scored 16, and Francis Mensah and Keanu Arce-Jackson added 12 and 11, respectively.
Pittsfield (5-2) plays Taconic on Monday at the Boys & Girls Club.
