Big Third Quarter Lifts Hopkins Boys over Drury

HADLEY, Mass. -- Cody West scored 18 points Thursday to lead the Hopkins Academy boys basketball team to a 74-56 win over Drury.

 

The Blue Devils got 32 points, 14 rebounds and three assists from Louis Guillotte, but the Golden Hawks (6-0) took control with a 28-14 third quarter to open up a 63-40 lead.

 

Amont David had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

 

Donte Dillard and Nick Sacco each passed out three assists.

 

Drury (5-2) hosts Mahar on Tuesday.
