Pittsfield Softball Falls at Minnechaug

WILBRAHAM, Mass. – Alexa Sherman and Alexis Adorno each homered Saturday to lead the Minnechaug softball team to a 9-3 win over Pittsfield.

 

Amanda Pou went 2-for-2 with a double and a pair of walks to lead the Generals, who got a double from Isabella MacDonald.

 

Mia Arpante and Mia DeJesus split time in the circle for Pittsfield, combining to strike out eight and allow seven earned runs.

 

Pittsfield (1-1) hosts Agawam on Monday.
