Lemanski, McCann Tech Knock Off Springfield ICS

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Alexis Lemanski went the distance in the circle Friday to lead the McCann Tech softball team to a 7-4 win over previously unbeaten Springfield International Charter.

 

Lemanski struck out seven, walked none and allowed two earned runs as the Hornets won their third straight game 

 

Shaylee Lawson and Svea Lawson led McCann Tech’s offense.

 

Shaylee was 2-for-4 at the plate with a solo home run. Svea was 3-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs.

 

Nora Kondel was 2-for-2.

 

McCann Tech (6-3) is back on the road Monday to face Chicopee Comprehensive.
