Hopkins Homers, Lee Beats Mount Greylock

LEE, Mass. – Karalynn Hopkins homered and drove in three runs Monday to lead the Lee softball team to an 11-4 win over Mount Greylock.

 

Bri Lynch earned the win in the circle, striking out 11.

 

She also helped her cause by going 4-for-5 with three RBIs at the plate.

 

Julianna Schuerer doubled and drove in a pair of runs for Lee.

 

Mount Greylock’s A.J. Pelkey went 4-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Malia Koffi was 2-for-4 at the plate.

 

The Mounties (5-7) hosts Taconic on Tuesday.

 

Lee (11-2) hosts Westfield Tech on Wednesday.
