Polumbo, Mounties Roll over Granby

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Sarah Polumbo scored nine goals Friday to lead the Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team to a 22-8 win over Granby.

 

Polumbo also assisted on three goals, giving her a piece of more than half the Mounties’ offensive production.

 

Zoe Armet scored four times. Ainsley Abel had a hat trick, and Lexi Politis and Tessa Leveque each scored twice.

 

Tiegan Brady stopped three shots to earn the win in goal.

 

Mount Greylock (7-2) goes to Pope Francis on Tuesday.
