Genaway Scores Three, Leads Wahconah Past Pittsfield
PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Perin Genaway had a hat trick to lead the Wahconah girls lacrosse team to a 10-1 win over Pittsfield on Wednesday.
Lauren Melle had two goals and two assists, and Jordan Budaj, Emmy Cote and Megan Fracese scored twice in the victory.
Wahconah's Jordan Peckand Katie Bachli combined for seven saves to earn the win in goal.
Emily Kestyn scored for the Generals, who got five saves from Haley Milne.
Pittsfield (1-8) travels to Hoosac Valley on Monday.
Wahconah (6-4) hosts Cathedral on Friday.
