Hoosac Valley Boys Lax Rolls over Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Carson Meczywor scored five goals and assisted on four more Friday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys lacrosse team to an 18-3 win over Pittsfield at Berkshire Community College.

 

Neil Brierley scored four times, and Luke Waterman had a hat trick for the Hurricanes.

 

James Kastrinakis scored a pair of goals for Pittsfield (0-3), which hosts Granby on Tuesday.

 

Hoosac Valley (3-0) hosts Smith Vocational on Tuesday.
