Mount Greylock Boys Lax Defeated in State Semi

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Coakley Laidman and Grant Gregory each scored four goals to lead the Dover-Sherborn boys lacrosse team to a 17-6 win over Mount Greylock on Tuesday in the Massachusetts Insterscholastic Athletic Association Division 3 state semi-finals.

 

Michael McCormack led Mount Greylock with four goals.

 

Cole Jackson and Cole Hughes each scored a goal for the Mounties, who got 11 saves from goalkeeper Cal Filson.

 

Will Spangemberg had a hat trick for defending state champion Dover-Sherborn, which moves on to Saturday's state final in Boston against the winner of Wednesday's game between North champion Hamilton Wenham and South champ Cohasset.
