Lapine, Hancock Score Two Apiece in Wahconah Hockey Win

EASTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Nate Lapine scored two goals and had an assist to lead the Wahconah hockey team to an 8-2 win over Easthampton on Saturday.

 

Wahconah jumped out to a 5-1 lead after the first period on Lapine's two goals and tallies by Anthony Beaudoin, Devin Baittini and Jeff Hancock.

 

Hancock scored again in the second period, and Mike Bloom and Josh Pettit each lit the lamp as Wahconah improved to 8-7 this winter.

 

Wahconah plays Mount Everett on Monday night at the Berkshire School.
