Wahconah Icers Blast Easthampton

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Nate Lapine recorded a natural hat trick with Wahconah's last three goals of a 7-1 win over Easthampton on Saturday at the Peter W. Foote Vietnam Veterans Memorial Rink.

 

Wahconah got the game started with a pair of goals from Jeff Hancock.

 

Andrew Beaudoin tacked on a goal to give his team a 3-0 lead at the end of the first period.

 

It was 4-0 after Devin Battini lit the lamp, setting the stage for Lapine to put the game out of reach with two in the second and one in the third.

 

Wahconah (7-5) hosts Belchertown on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
