GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Taconic's Luzis Brown rolled a 256 game Wednesday to lead the Thunder to a 2-1 win over Pittsfield in Berkshire County High School Bowling League action at Cove Lanes.

Brown finished with a two-game series of 447 that also was the high mark for the league in its second meet of the winter.

Pittsfield picked up a point in the team standings thanks in part to Matt Dupuis' 246 game and 419 series as the Generals bowled into a third-place tie with Taconic due to the split.

The week's second-highest game (254) and series (238) came from Lee's Jaden Parks, who led the Wildcats to a 3-0 sweep against Monument Mountain to stay atop the league standings.

Lee also got the day's top game among the league's girls from Devyn Fillio, who rolled a 213 and also had the top series among the girls, at 341.
