Firth's Hat Trick Lifts Spartans Past Lenox

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Iris Firth had a hat trick Thursday to lead the Monument Mountain girls soccer team to a 4-0 win over Lenox.
 
Firth scored the game-winner, unassisted, in the first half.
 
The Spartans stretched their lead with three second-half goals, the first two from Firth.
 
Jade Nelson had a pair of assists, and Lucey Dohoney scored a goal.
 
Jaziyah Forte made one save to earn the shutout in goal.
 
Monument Mountain (5-1) hosts St. Mary’s on Tuesday.
 
Lenox (3-2-1) hosts Southwick on Wednesday.
