Firth Scores Pair as Monument Mountain Girls Edge Granby

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Iris Firth scored a pair of goals Wednesday to lead the Monument Mountain girls soccer team to a 2-0 win over Granby.

 

Marcela Tenuta set up Firth for a goal in the 65th minute.

 

With less than two minutes to play, Firth converted a penalty kick to provide the final margin.

 

Monument Mountain (8-4-2) hosts Pittsfield on Thursday.
