Hornets Hammer Putnam Voc

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Jordyn Lloyd scored four goals Wednesday to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 6-1 win over Putnam Vocational.

 

Shaylee Lawson and Lainey Field each scored a goal. Ryleigh Rathbun had two assists, and Colbie Crouse set up a goal.

 

“We are keeping the momentum going after a big win on Monday,” McCann Tech coach Lindsay Lincoln said. “Everyone is playing great, and more importantly, as a team. We had strong minutes from everyone.”

 

Sophia Francesconi stopped 12 shots to earn the win in goal.

 

McCann Tech (8-1) goes to Lee on Monday.
