Drury Advances in State Tournament

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Madison Saunders and Megan McGrath each had a hat trick Sunday as the Drury girls soccer team beat Boston Collgiate, 6-0, in the preliminary round of the Division 5 State Tournament.

 

Ashlyn Hayden and Payton Vanderwoude each had an assist for the Blue Devils, who scored four goals in the second half to put the game away.

 

Drury (6-9-2) moves on to face sixth-seeded St. John Paul II on Wednesday in the Round of 32.
