Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, March 4.

Lamar Powell, 35, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to violate drug laws, to wit: possession of cocaine.

His case was continued without a finding for three months. Powell conspired with others to possess cocaine in Pittsfield on April 11, 2012.

Frank DiLorenzo, 20, of Lanesborough had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon and single counts of kidnapping and assault and batter.

He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail pending a dangerousness hearing. The incident allegedly occurred in Lanesborough between Jan. 15 and Jan. 18 and involved a 19-year-old woman.

Michael Crump, 35, of Canaan, Conn. pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

He was sentenced to concurrent one year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 27 Christian Hill Road in Great Barrington on August 1, 2012.

Bayshawn Irvis, 23, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a loaded firearm and violation of a firearm surrender order.

He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,500 bail. The charges stem from an incident alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield on Feb. 10.

Jeffrey Mable, 35, of New York City had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of armed robbery while masked, armed assault with intent to rob, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a large capacity weapon, illegal possession of a large capacity feeding device, illegal possession of a loaded firearm, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, willful injury of a police dog, breaking and entering in the nighttime and larceny under $250.

He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $200,000 cash or surety bail. The incident allegedly occurred in Pittsfield on Jan. 25 and involved a 30-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man.
