Superior Court Briefs: November 26 - November 30
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, November 26.
Michael Cooper, 36, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to two counts of distribution of cocaine in connection with sales of the drug in Pittsfield on December 2, 2011 and December 20, 2011.
He was ordered to serve concurrent one-year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction.

Colleen Reilly, 33, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
She was ordered to serve an 18-month sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the oxycodone charge and placed on two years probation on the other charge.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at her home on December 8, 2010.
Amena Smith, 34, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal ownership of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification car and improper storage of a firearm.
She was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,500 bail. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at her home on Oct. 31
Erick Ruiz-Trujillo, 30, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of rape of a child with force.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 bail. Ruiz-Trujillo allegedly sexually assaulted a six-year-old gird in Pittsfield between Nov. 3 and Nov. 4.
Lance Roberts, 24, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of breaking and entering a building in the daytime and larceny from a building.
Bail was set at $100 as Roberts is currently being held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on other charges. The incident allegedly occurred in Pittsfield on July 20.
Michelle Mundy, 46, of North Adams pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to violate drug laws, to wit: possession of Oxycontin with intent to distribute.
She was sentenced to one year at the Berkshire County House of Correction. Mundy conspired with others between April 2, 2010 and May 6, 2010.
Justin Larimore, 35, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of operating under the influence of alcohol and operating to endanger causing serious bodily injury, operating under the influence of alcohol - his third offense - operating to endanger, failing to stop for a police officer, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licenses - his second offense.
He was released on personal recognizance. Larimore was allegedly the operator of a motor vehicle that struck a bridge abutment on Route 20 in Lee on Aug. 26 and caused serious injuries to a 27-year-old woman.
Brandy Hebert, 32, of Adams had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on seven counts of illegal possession of a firearm, seven counts of larceny of a firearm, four counts of breaking and entering a building, four counts of conspiracy to wit: breaking and entering and single counts of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and being present where heroin is kept.
She was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from house breaks in Cheshire between April 13, 2012 and August 31, 2012.

Jennifer Thurston, 40, of Cheshire pleaded guilty to single counts of embezzlement by a bank employee and larceny, ongoing and continuing offense.
She was sentenced to two years at the Berkshire Count House of Correction on the embezzlement charge and placed on two years probation on the other charge.
While employed at TD Bank North, Thurston took approximately $110,000 between February 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009.
Jarrod Stanton, 34, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws to wit: distribution of heroin.
He was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant in New Ashford on Oct. 9.
Marley Roraback, 22, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of accessory after the fact to wit: breaking and entering in the nighttime and receiving stolen property.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on August 17, 2011 and she was placed on one-year probation.
Laura Methe, 22, of Washington pleaded guilty to five counts of armed robbery while masked, two counts of armed assault with intent to rob, two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and single counts of attempt to commit a crime and failure to stop for a police officer.
She was sentenced to 210 days at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the attempt to commit a crime and placed on three years probation on the other charges except for the failure to stop for a police officer, which was placed on file.
The charges stem from a series of armed robberies in Pittsfield that occurred between August 22, 2011 and November 22, 2011. Two additional counts of armed robbery while masked were dismissed by the state.
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Thursday, November 29.
Daniel Knight, 27, of Pittsfield was sentenced to concurrent 10 to 12 years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on numerous charges he was found guilty of on Nov. 14.
He was found guilty on seven counts of illegal possession of a firearm, four counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime, two counts of larceny from a building, two counts of breaking into a depository and single counts of receiving or possessing a stolen motor vehicle, larceny over $250, vandalize property, armed career felon and common and notorious thief.
The charges stem from a series of breaks in Pittsfield between June 1, 2011 and September 13, 2011.
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Friday, November 30.
Francis Farron, 29, of North Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon on a person 60 years of age or older and assault and battery on a person 60 years of age or older.
He was sentenced to 18 months at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the assault and batter charge and placed on two-years probation on the other charge.
The incident occurred in North Adams on Aug. 18 and involved a 60-year-old man.
