Dale Crittelli, 36, of Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Eric Cohen, 57, of New Marlborough pleaded guilty to four counts of rape and abuse of a child, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person who has attained age 14, and a single count of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. Those charges are in connection with sexual assaults on a girl who is now 18 in New Marlborough between September 1, 2012, and January 12, 2014.
He also pleaded guilty to four counts of rape of a child and a single count of assault with intent to commit rape upon a child in connection with assaults of a woman who is now 34 between January 1, 1992 and May 20, 1994.
Cohen was released on $27,500 bail pending sentencing on July 12.
Richard Carnute, 54, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon, strangulation or suffocation, intimidation of a witness, and violation of a restraining order.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield involving a 51-year-old woman between June 5, 2016 and June 8, 2016.
Lexus Perez, 22, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, distribution of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop, in Pittsfield, on June 6, 2016.

Kenneth Rathbun, 53, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of cocaine - his second offense - two counts of possession of heroin - his second offense - and possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
He was ordered to serve three to four years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the possession of heroin with intent to distribute charge. He was given concurrent two-year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the other two charges.
The charges stem from motor vehicle stops in Pittsfield on September 17, 2015, November 17, 2015 and May 26, 2016.
Michael Rahilly, 29, of Hinsdale pleaded guilty to single counts of armed robbery, carrying a dangerous weapon, and possession of heroin.
Rahilly held up the Subway Shop on South Street in Pittsfield on August 9, 2015.
He also pleaded guilty to a single count of larceny over $250 in connection with the theft of a television from Walmart on July 26, 2015.
He was ordered to serve two and a half to three years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the armed robbery charge. He was also given a concurrent two-year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the carrying a dangerous weapon charge, and concurrent one-year sentences on the possession of heroin and larceny charges.
Angelique Alcombright, 28, of North Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
She was ordered to serve two years to two years and a day at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Framingham. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant on Angeli Street in North Adams on August 6, 2015.
Michael Purry, 41, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to violate drug laws, two counts of drug violation in a park zone, and single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card.
He was ordered to serve two years to two and a half years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the possession of heroin and possession of cocaine charges. He was ordered to serve concurrent two and a half to two and half plus a day on the park zone charge, to be served after the first sentence. And given concurrent jail time on the other charges.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on September 16, 2015.
Single counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, armed career felon, illegal ownership of a firearm, and improper storage of a firearm were dismissed by the state.
