Superior Court Briefs: April 17 - April 23
Cases heard before Judge Daniel Ford on Friday, April 17.
Sasha Santiago, 25, of Springfield had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on two counts of conspiracy to violate drug laws, and single counts of trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine.
She was released on $15,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on March 2, 2015.

James Colbert, 53, of Williamstown had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of assault and battery and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 cash or $500,000 surety bail. The incidents allegedly occurred in Williamstown on March 20, 2015. The alleged victim is 31 years old.
Scott Kennedy, 30, of North Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of assault and battery on a pregnant person, assault and battery on a family or household member, and assault and battery.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The incident allegedly occurred in North Adams between April 25, 2014 and March 22, 2015. The alleged victim is 37 years old.

Nathan Milette, 41, of Brooklyn, N.Y. pleaded guilty to seven counts of rape of a child with force, four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person who has attained age 14.
He was ordered to serve concurrent three to four years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. Milette sexually assaulted a man, who is now 23, in Pittsfield between June 2, 1995 and August 31, 2007.
