Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, February 23.
Tyree McKinnon, 35, of North Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense - conspiracy to violate drug laws and using a motor vehicle without authority.
He was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on November 13, 2014.
Anthony Shepard, 25, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of illegal ownership of a firearm, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card.
He was ordered to serve concurrent two-year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the firearm charges. He was placed on two-years probation on the drug charge.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant in Pittsfield on April 3, 2014. A single count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony was dismissed by the state.
Harry Young, 43, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to two counts of improper storage of a firearm, two counts of possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and a single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense.
He was ordered to serve four to six years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the drug charge. He was given concurrent two-year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the illegal ownership of a firearm and possession of ammunition charges. He was placed on two-years probation on the possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony charge.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on June 20, 2013.

Marquis Williamson, 27, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and distribution of heroin.
He was released on $1,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Clarksburg on July 22, 2014.

Darius Walters, 22, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of cocaine and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was ordered to serve two days at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the possession of cocaine charge. The other charge was placed on file.
The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on October 7, 2013. A single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense - was dismissed by the court.
