A mother of three, Erin Sullivan, 42, represents working families in the city and the challenges they face. With two of her own children in the school system, Sullivan said she believes city youth "deserve schools that prepare them to be better students." Sullivan has worked with the Berkshire United Way, Berkshire County Kids' Place and the Allendale Elementary School Parent/Teacher Association. She has a bachelor's degree in communications and criminal justice from Westfield State College.
