FALLS VILLAGE, Conn. – Michael Ullrich went 4-for-4 with a double, a triple and five RBIs Tuesday to lead the Mount Everett baseball team to a 9-5 win over Housatonic Valley Regional.

Sean Warren was 2-for-4 with a triple and a pair of runs batted in. Matt Lowe went 3-for-5 with a double and scored four times.

“Our bats came alive tonight,” Mount Everett coach Dan Lanoue said. “We had a great approach at the plate. We didn’t try to do too much, and good things happened.”

Lowe also had three of the Eagles seven stolen bases in the win.

Warren got the start on the mound and went four innings, striking out seven and allowing just one unearned run.

Brodie Kinna did not allow an earned run in two innings of relief before Ullrich went to the bump to pitch a scoreless seventh.
