Flu Clinic at the Lenox Community Center

LENOX, Mass. — The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative will host a fall flu clinic on Sept. 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lenox Community Center.
 
The Community Center is located at 65 Walker St.
 
Regular and senior doses will be offered. There will be limited egg-free flu shots.
 
COVID-19 vaccines will be added once available.

Berkshire Youth Soccer Holds Season-Ending Tournament

LENOX, Mass. -- Eight teams earned championships last weekend in the finals of the Berkshire County Youth Soccer League spring season.
 
Teams of boys and girls in grades 5-6 and 7-8 participated in the season-ending tournament, organized by Donna Laroque and Nigel Gayle and hosted mostly at Lenox Memorial Middle and High School.
 
One squad, the Williamstown Wildcats 12-and-under girls, is extending its season with a trip to this weekend's Massachusetts Tournament of Champions in Lancaster.
 
Teams winning Berkshire County league titles on June 15 included:

Boys B Cup Final: GYAA 2, Williamstown Soccer Club 1
Girls B Cup Final: GYAA 2, Pittsfield Soccer Club 0
Girls MTOC Final: Williamstown Soccer Club 5, Berkshire Hills 3
