Free Intro to Outdoor Skills Event for Girls

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Girls and their guardians are invited to a free Intro to Outdoor Skills event on Wednesday, May 10 from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. 
 
Girls can earn their first Girl Scout patch while learning basic campfire-building techniques, first aid, and jackknife safety.
 
The event will be held at the North Adams Public Library
 
This event is for girls entering K and 1 in the fall, who are not currently Girl Scouts. RSVP by May 4 at https://bit.ly/osnadams

New England's biggest fair runs through the end of the month. The fair features goods from all six New England states, specialty days, crafts, demonstrations, activities, agriculture, horse shows, and more. 
 
Tickets range from $12 to $20 for day passes. Special performances are priced separately.
