LEE, Mass. — Kenna McIlquham scored a game-high 15 points, and Ashley Zink came up big in the first quarter to lead the Wahconah girls basketball team to a 44-30 win over Lee on Tuesday night.
Zink scored eight of her 11 points in a first quarter that saw the visitors grab a 19-8 lead that they held the rest of the way.
Lily Pudlo added six points for Wahconah (4-2), which has won four straight.
Parli Retzel led Lee with 10 points.
The Wildcats (3-5) will look to snap a two-game losing streak on Friday at Mount Everett.
Wahconah travels to face Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
