SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Karli Retzel hit a 3-pointer and went 2-for-2 at the foul line in overtime to lead the Lee High girls basketball team to a 43-37 win over Mount Everett on Tuesday in the Western Massachusetts Division 4 playoffs.
Alyssa Kelly scored a team-high 15 for the Wildcats (9-12), who scored the last four points of regulation to tie the game at 35-35.
Retzel finished with nine points, and Kendra Williams had seven for Lee, which got six points apiece from Cara Walker and Nikki Loudon. Walker had the only field goal for the 'Cats in the fourth quarter.
Gwendolyn Carpenter scored a game-high 15 for eighth-seeded Mount Everett (13-8), which got nine from Emily Coon.
Lee heads to Quaboag on Friday night in the Western Mass quarterfinals to battle for a trip to the Curry Hicks Cage at UMass.
