NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Aiden Champney scored 13 points, and the McCann Tech girls basketball team Friday earned its second win in four games, a 42-27 victory over Pathfinder.
"Aiden Champney had her best game of the season and really shot the ball well," McCann Tech coach Justin Kratz said. "They played patient offensively and really worked the ball for good open shots against Pathfinders 1-2-2 zone. Hannah [Boisvert] and Amaya [Todd] played really well.
"Defensively, our girls are really developing in terms of playing good help defense. Any time Pathfinder was able to get by one of the girls another teammate was there to help out which was great to see."
Boisvert scored 12 points, and Todd finished with seven in the win.
McCann Tech (3-13) goes to Smith Vocational on Tuesday.
