AGAWAM, Mass. – Ava Catelotti and Ainsley Stevens each scored 12 points Friday to lead the Agawam girls basketball team to a 49-31 win over Drury.
Jacinta Felix scored eight points, and Hannah LaCasse added seven for the short-handed Blue Devils.
“Just a tough night all around,” Drury coach Ian Downey said. “Offensively, defensively and coaching just didn’t get the job done. Not having Kayla [McGrath] didn’t help.
“We need to keep fighting, though. No time to feel sorry for ourselves. We need to get back on the winning track and playing like we were before our break.”
Drury (7-5) will look to snap a three-game skid when it hosts Ludlow on Tuesday.
