LEE, Mass. -- Mackenzie Ullrich hit two 3-pointers in the third quarter as the Mount Everett girls basketball team Friday erased a 28-18 half-time deficit en route to a 57-50 win over Lee.
The Eagles outscored the Wildcats, 23-10, in that third quarter, when Gwendolyn Carpenter scored eight of her game-high 26, and Madeline von Ruden scored five.
Mount Everett got 12 points from Madison Ullrich as it won its fifth straight and improved to 9-6 this winter.
Three Wildcats finished in double figures. Lydia Simone led the way with 15, and Emma Puleri and Carina Brown scored 11 and 10, respectively.
Lee (5-9) hosts Lenox on Monday.
The Eagles go for win No. 10 on Monday when they travel to Drury.
