NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Allie Gibeau scored 23 points, and the McCann Tech girls basketball team came from behind to earn a 53-44 win over Pope Francis on Friday night.
Pope Francis, which trailed by four at half-time, came back to take a 35-34 lead going into the fourth quarter.
But Gibeau scored seven, and Aimee Dowling scored six in that fourth quarter to lead the Hornets to their second straight win.
Dowling finished with 12 points, and Natalie Diesz and Michaela Malloy added six apiece.
McCann Tech (4-6) hosts Southwick on Monday.
