 CHESHIRE, Mass. – Ashlyn Lesure scored 24 points Friday to lead the Hoosac Valley girls basketball team to a 57-30 win over Monson.
Lesure scored 15 points in the second quarter, when the Hurricanes outscored the Mustangs, 19-1, to take a 36-14 lead into the locker room.
Emma Meczywor scored 11 points, and nine different Hoosac Valley girls made a mark in the score book.
The Hurricanes (3-0) host Taconic next Friday.
