Najimy Leads Lenox Girls to Win Over Pope Francis

LENOX, Mass. -- Alice Najimy scored 15 points Wednesday to lead the Lenox girls basketball team to a 60-33 win over Pope Francis.

 

Nicole Gamberoni had a big night with 10 points and seven assists. Jackie Hathaway filled the stat sheet with nine points, nine rebounds and five assists.

 

Mollie Herrick also scored nine -- all on 3-pointers as the Millionaires jumped out to a 39-15 half-time lead.

 

Ayva Schiff came off the bench to grab eight rebounds.

 

Lenox (2-0) hosts Putnam on Friday night.
