Castillo's Double-Double Lifts Pittsfield in Class B Tourney

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Harolyn Castillo scored 15 points and grabbed 15 rebounds Monday to lead the Pittsfield girls basketball team to a 66-28 win over Hampshire Regional in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class B Tournament.

 

Dezrea Powell scored 15, and Asia Smith Moody added 14 in the win.

 

Kyana Summers passed out nine assists, and Charlotte Goodnow finished with eight points and six rebounds.

 

Pittsfield (14-5) advances to host Pope Francis on Wednesday in the Class B semi-finals.
