Granby Girls Top Mount Greylock

GRANBY, Mass. -- Nora Young scored 30 points Monday to lead the Granby girls basketball team to a 57-35 win over Mount Greylock in the first round of the Western Massachusetts Division 3 tournament.

 

Emma Stevens scored 12, and Madison Ross scored six to lead the Mounties (10-11).

 

The sixth-seeded Rams (11-10) move on to Thursday's quarter-final at No. 3 Hoosac Valley (14-6), which had a bye in the first round of the tourney.
