Wahconah Girls Stymie Frontier in Road Win

SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass. -- Julia O’Connor scored 14 points, and the Wahconah girls basketball team held Frontier to two second-half points in a 43-13 win on Thursday night.

 

O’Connor had two of Wahconah’s six 3-pointers. Maria Gamberoni also hit a couple of 3s en route to a 10-point night.

 

Noelle Furlong and Kelly McMahon each scored six.

 

Wahconah (3-1) takes a three-game winning streak into Wednesday’s game at Drury.
