Gamberoni, Wahconah Girls Down Hoosac Valley

DALTON, Mass. -- Maria Gamberoni scored 23 points to lead three Wahconah players in double figures as their team stayed unbeaten this year with a 68-29 win over rival Hoosac Valley.

 

Noelle Furlong connected three times from beyond the 3-point arc on her way to a 15-point game, and Olivia Gamberoni scored 11 in the win.

 

Annie Canales scored 12, all from 3-point range, to lead Hoosac Valley.

 

Wahconah (10-0) is home on Tuesday against Lee, which joins its Berkshire County foes in competition this week.
