Hoosac Valley Girls Win to Clinch State Tourney Berth

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Reagan Shea Wednesday scored 16 points to lead the Hoosac Valley girls basketball team to a 59-21 win over Amherst-Pelham.

 

Genevieve Lagess scored 12, and Emma Meczywor added 10 for the Hurricanes, who punched their ticket for the Division 5 State Tournament with the win.

 

Reigning D5 champion Hoosac Valley (10-3) hosts Drury on Thursday.
